The Great Circle Documentarians are a team of photographers and videographers who work closely with the Fire Conclave Council to capture the rituals, fire performances, and Burn Night magic at the heart of Black Rock City. This honor role is rooted in the Burning Man principles, especially participation, decommodification, and gifting your work back to the community.
We’re inviting one Guest Documentarian to step inside to document the Conclave fire groups, ceremonies, and the raw beauty of fire in motion.

The Luminists make up the ritual procession of light. Stilters, fire performers, and safety crew guide the ceremonial flame into the Great Circle.
