🐎 There’s nothing like bearing witness to the power of these beings. Horses… untamed and elemental, as their hooves strike the raw earth. That rhythm, that pulse, is the drum that beats in me as I recreate their essence in the studio.

There’s something powerful about stepping into a space where art is not just created, but felt on a deeper level.
I had the honor of jurying, curating, and hanging Spectrum at the Aplomb Gallery alongside Danielle, and I don’t take that lightly. This project stands for something far greater than a traditional exhibition. It’s about giving voice to trauma survivors, creating space for expression, and allowing art to carry stories that words often cannot.
Today, Danielle and I brought the show to life on the walls. Piece by piece, the energy in the room built into something we’re truly proud of and honestly, we’re beyond excited to share it with you all.
The show opens this Friday from 5:30–7:30 PM at the Aplomb Gallery.

There are pieces that live on canvas 🎨 and there are pieces that leave the studio with me.
For years, my studio pants have carried the process. layers of paint from Dance of the Untamed, Origins, Mania…each mark lived through.
Each garment is worked on in the studio, using the same brushes, palette knives, and surfaces as the paintings themselves.
No templates. No replication.
Only what happens in that moment. What you’re seeing is fashion and a fragment of the studio.
A piece that has moved through the same space,the same energy as the work on canvas.

I love working with equestrian riders and owners up close where the connection between you and your horse is entirely your own
It’s in the moments beside them in the unspoken language between instinct and trust
