We were tasked with making a fun, energetic, southwest themed branding for the @hoka Texas Distance Festival
For the fanzone we design and procured a custom tent, designed branding, race shirts, illustrations, signage, and more assets. We ran a live screen printing station for athletes to pick their own designs.

Recent Hoka work for a high school track meet.
@craig_lutz tasked Fieldkit with creating refreshed race branding for the Texas Distance Festival, and to create some fun brand-moment, fan zone moments. Such as customizable race posters the athletes can keep as souvenirs.

This is how you throw a summit!

Fieldkit was brought on to creative direct, design, produce, build and install HOKA's pickleball theme booth for the @dickssportinggoods run summit.
Photos of the fun, chaos, team bonding, and memories of an unforgettable run summit.
We were so excited to provide a top-level experience to celebrate 500 of DSGās talented retail staff and managers, who are the ones educating about Hokaās shoes face-to-face on the community level. Itās their turn to feel welcomed and spoiled by a great brand experience.
Hoka's goal was to provide a fun, custom bonding experience for DSG retail team to try and test Hoka products. And when you only get a short product session with each group, no better way to check out the responsive grip of the Speedgoat or impact cushioning of the Clifton than by getting to run around and play pickleball with coworkers with mini games centered around teamwork, communication, and product information briefings.
Huge thank you to everyone involve:

Designing and laying out this custom double court was one of the coolest things we've gotten to take on so far. And as always we love getting get design and produce takeaway items that people are excited to keep. We were not shocked that these custom embroidered Hoka chore coats were one of the coveted item of the event. Our embroidery machines in Idaho ran 24 hours straight to make them.
These are photos from set up and tear down. We couldn't have done it without an amazing team and crew all around. Huge thank you to everyone involve:

Ponderosa is now Fieldkit.
Before anything else, thank you! The last year has been a wild ride (in a good way) and itās only happened because so many of you trusted us to bring your projects to life.
In that time weāve grown from 4 people to 18, added equipment, added 10k square feet of warehouse space, and expanded what we can take on. Weāve brought on Katherine Martinez as Creative Director, which pushes our creative range even further.
Along the way, the work changed too. We still print, sew, and decorate. But our work has grown to include fabrication, warehousing, kitting, and design.
So weāre updating the name to match: Fieldkit. Weāve got a bigger team, bigger building, and more capabilities. But the same mission of bringing your real world projects to life
Weāre beyond excited for the year to come and we canāt wait to work with all of you
Thanks for being a part of this
- The Fieldkit Team
Iām more solidifying my journey of wanting to make a career out of tinkering around in a workshop: I started a new role as creative director at Ponderosa.
Iām thankful and proud of growing Rhoam over the years. Iāve learned and gained more from the journey than I could have ever thought possible.
Iām excited to lead and mentor the biggest crew under me that Iāve ever had for the new, re-imagined design team at Ponderosa. Being proudly raised in a blue collar family, I always loved the workshop floor and working with experts in their craft (Ponderosa has a lot of experts, weāre skilled in screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, cut-and-sew, kitting, etc).
Instead of the production workshop being a middle man or after thought, Carson and I want to see form and function working hand-in-hand. Our goal is bring creative direction in house, and offer our clients creative that can rival the work of boutique design agencies.

I decided to hand-paint my work jacket as a full-circle moment. As an artsy kid in sports I was constantly creating handmade t-shirts for myself and my teammates. It felt right to once again make something myself.
The inspiration of the jacket came from learning about the āSenior Cordā tradition in Indiana, which is where seniors decorated their corduroy with the highlights of their experiences and life thus far. It served as a rite of passage before their next step.
I made my husband be the jacket model so I can get the shot I wanted lol, thanks Michael
āThereās a certain romance and vibe to Cross Country. Watching the grit and grind these kids have makes you want to spike up on the grass.ā
Cross Country Camps, Spike Nights, Gear Ups, Invitationals, Panels, Dinners, State Meets, Regionals, Nationals. Itās a been a wild ride these past 6+ months (with months of work leading up to it).
Cross Country is special, and the people in it even more special. There is without a doubt truly nothing else like it.
Every moment makes me fall in love with the sport and this Brand all over again. All in service of one singular idea that I can only hope to emulate and achieve: bring amazing, worthwhile, lasting experiences and impressions to the future of this sport and, hopefully, cultivate and grow the love and passion for running.
Thank you to every single person and beyond thatās been apart of this journey. None of this would be possible without you in it.
Running doesnāt stop though. So letās get it š¤
