Film Editing is a deeply creative and meditative process. You're emotionally connected to the project, yet maintain enough distance to serve a greater purpose. It’s like being entrusted with someone else’s baby you nurture it as your own, and then, when the time comes, you let it go. Every project I've worked on has challenged me and helped me grow as an editor. Here's a compilation of some of the projects I’ve had the pleasure of editing. It was a joy to put this together hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed cutting it. #film #cinema #tvseries #editor #filmediting #canada #hollywood #indiancinema #producer #director #showrunner

Congratulations to Aamchi Mumbaichi Mulgi Priyanka Desai on her new series Our Ocean Table coming on Telus and CBC Gem. You’ve spread your wings, now it’s time to soar. Both Priyankas, Desai and Shailendra, are powerhouses in their own right, making bold, meaningful moves in the Canadian Film and TV industry. I’m grateful to witness their rise and to be part of their journey. Mumbai girls are truly rocking in coast to coast in Canada. 😊 God bless

First-ever WGC Awards and what a night, @mohebbigram KavehMohebbi winning Best Writer in a Short Series for 18TO35, and my friend @brishkay Brishkay Ahmed winning Best Documentary Writer. Couldn’t be prouder of the show and the creators Rahul, Lusia and Charlie. Grateful to be in a room full of Canada’s finest writers and filmmakers and experiencing the joy of being one of the creators. It all starts with Writing and end with Editing 😉. Finally got my group photo with the my incredible 18TO35 team and the two stars of Canadian film and tv industry Andrew Phung and Jean Yoon in one frame. And two CFCians celebrating another CFCian Brishkay's big win… perfect ending, like your superb speech my friend. Next stop Canadian Screen Awards...

Two very different worlds, one shared thread: storytelling that stays with you. ‘18 to 35’ brings heart and humour to the Canadian screen. With multiple award nominations and a growing fanbase, it’s the kind of comedy that feels both unexpected and necessary. Check out our conversation with the team behind this series @jeanyoon88 , @mynameiscarlosalbornoz , @luisaenrouge , @whalleycharlie and @carrollvc @18to35 ! Article by: @shwayta_s On the other end, Cheetah Fast & Wild offers a gripping, intimate look at survival in the wild, blending breathtaking storytelling with urgent conversations around conservation, ethics, and the realities of life for cheetah cubs. Check out our conversation with director Joe Kennedy and conservationist Mirna Smit.
