Great to see CE Angler @lil_johnny1990 back on the bank.
He had been away from it for just over a year, but what a year of discovery it was for him. From travelling to Japan, working/living in Australia & a few months in Thailand but when back in good old blighty it was time to dust off the rods & scratch that fishing itch.
CE Hooks & Tackle fishing Snowman style rigs paired with @fivestarbaits FishMix boilies & Aniseed Pop Ups produced a couple of bites to around 25lb

The common with its withered fins was pure opportunistic after taking a little walk and seeing him just under a overhanging tree, flicked a freeline dog biscuit at him and was in for a fun battle out the snags under the tree
The mirror was off the bottom fishing a Ronnie rig on a Peach and Pepper pop up over a handful of boilies amongst some weed, giving me a proper mental battle

I truly take my hat off to CE Angler @bens.gone.fishing with the astonishing capture catalogue he has put together in recent months.
Quickly losing count of how many carp he has caught, he has had one red letter session after another racking up some really incredible stamps of fish.
Multiple fish to over 30lb & some right characters too.
They have mainly fell to his ever faithful Combi Rigs made Loop & Booms style with CE Tackle & VX+ Hooks, whilst on occasion switching out to a Ronnie should the situation suit. This paired with heavy baiting with a mix of boilie, particle, liquids & other staples from the @kentparticles range.

*TUNGSTEN PRICING!!*
Over the last several months the industry as a whole (not that many companies are talking about it) has been suffering a massive price hike in regards to the production of tungsten based products.
Tungsten as a raw material has sky rocketed in value, seeing the manufacturers/suppliers most of us use being forced to either continue to make the products due to demand at vastly higher costs or cease production altogether.
This then has the knock on effect that you may have already noticed through other companies you use, from seeing typical RRP’s having to significantly rise or in a lot of cases simply being taken out of stock indefinitely.
CE always tries to maintain a healthy stocking of all our products but as we continue to grow & experience higher order volumes some items can sell out almost instantly as they come back into stock. Those with a keen eye will have likely noticed small incremental price changes from myself as this has happened but none more so drastic than perhaps some of the adjustments I’ve recently had to make.
It’s never a nice thing to do especially when for almost 6-1/2yrs my prices have remained fairly consistent (except for postal costs, but that’s a rant for another day 😅) & yes I could do as many others, go sourcing cheaper items from elsewhere for the sake of price, but I would never want to deviate from the quality products currently supplied
