Throwing it back to early October - Behind the Scenes of our 15th Anniversary campaign shoot at Levenslang @levenslang.amsterdam .
Together with a talented crew and 15 incredible dancers, we built the visual world for our new branding and event artwork.
With the dancefloor and physical movement at the core, we worked with analog filters and custom camera setups to create the right surreal atmosphere: Capturing that moment when you fully let go in the music.
Each dancer was filmed in real time by five cameras from different angles, giving the creative team the freedom to map movement and edit in sync from multiple perspectives. You’ll gradually see the results coming by during this year’s events.
Studio Airport @studio.airport
Long term friends and responsible for all our vinyl designs and brand identity since day one. They have been with us from the start and we developed as two creative houses in conjunction: one in music, the other one in the visual realm. Bram and Maurits run their interdisciplinary design studio with a dedicated team of creatives. Their work spans across art, culture, ecology and science.
Ca’ Mon Dance @camon_dance
Erik Cataldo and Javier Monzón are responsible for the choreography and directing the dancers in our new visual world. Their work seeks to break free from structures, opening space for distortion, rupture, and escape. Each performance is an experiment that twists expectations, time, and the body itself. Movement becomes a way of resisting the ordinary, challenging perception, and re imagining how the body relates to its surroundings.

SLAPFUNK 15 YEARS IN MOTION
2026 marks 15 years of SlapFunk.
15 years of dancing, shaking, and moving to some of the heaviest grooves and deepest mystical rhythms on the planet.
Over the coming months, we’ll be unveiling more about our anniversary celebrations, party plans, and a series of special events.
To honour this milestone, it felt right to evolve.
A refresh of the brand and a remix of our visual identity.
At the heart of SlapFunk is movement and the energy it creates. The way dance brings music to life is a language of its own.
Our new campaign is a tribute to the dancefloor, our community, and the souls that give it life through energy, expression, and motion.
To bring this new identity to life, we collaborated closely with longtime creative partners Studio Airport, alongside the incredible Ca’ Mon Dance, whose movement direction helped shape this new visual world.

We had a chat with Ca’mon Dance Collective about their return to Palet this saturday, and the new piece they bring this time: Habitable, now.
with on the decks, our resident TINS.
Ca’mon Dance shared with us:
“The body is more than form, it is an entity, a living space. It carries experiences and learns to live with them.
What we face does not disappear; it changes, reshapes, and becomes part of us.
The body adapts, finds new ways, and keeps going. Every challenge transforms into a place we can inhabit, a ground for growth and becoming.
A dance for the strength that stays, that shifts, that moves.”
Oops, you missed that one! 😢 Applications for this audition are now closed, but don’t let the next opportunity slip away! Stay ahead & explore new dance opportunities at @audition360 ! 💃🏻
