I had a great afternoon in the printshop yesterday, exploring my particular form of mark-making with dry point. Thank you @short4stachowiak for suggesting using woodcut tools. It’s been an incredible few weeks at @efa.rbpmw as a Kahn | Mason SIP. We’ve had the opportunity to dabble our toes in all the different ways of printmaking and I am about to take more of a deep dive into both photolithography and stone lithography. Can’t wait.

I’m so excited to be selected as one of this year’s seven recipients of the Kahn | Mason SIP fellowship at @efa.rbpmw . I’m looking forward to the next few months taking a deep dive into all aspects of printmaking and seeing how my practice expands.

What a great opening of a beautiful and wonderfully curated exhibition by Nicolas and his team at @nicolasauvraygallery . I’m honored to have my work shown alongside Isabel Aguera, Kinga Czerska, Marie-Chloé Duval, Elise Oudin-Gilles, Claudie Laks, Anne Manoli, Ayline Olukman, Li Trincere, Manuéle Bernardi, Victoire d’Harcourt and Marine de Soos. I hope you have the opportunity to see the show in person. It’s on view until December 21. ASSERTION - Crossing borders, cultures, and generations, the exhibition brings together the worlds of twelve assertive women artists, united through their exploration of memory, repetition, and fragmentation. Their works invite dialogue, reveal points of connection and tension, and move beyond the usual boundaries between the figurative and the abstract.

Last night was a joyful culmination and celebration of our students who participated in Picturing The Personal, a 12 week programme I was invited to create and teach by the wonderful @jhproject for people who have experienced or care for those with a traumatic brain injury. What a special experience this has been. Thank you to everyone at JHP and @positiveexposure and an extra huge shout out of major gratitude to @liziegettinbusy , my amazing TA ( who I couldn’t have done this without and who took many of the photos I’m sharing). The show is up for a few more days if you want to catch it.

Halfway through a contemporary portrait class with @royaldrawingschool . Stretching myself, feeling a little in unfamiliar territory with figurative work but leaning in to it. #selfportrait #contemporaryportrait #drawing #charcoal
