Beyond excited to have @cumonbarbie get us on the Queer Frequency this Saturday ️‍ ️‍ ️DJ Barbie Aphelion brings high-energy sets that blur the lines between underground queer nightlife and feel-good dance floor magic. Cutting her teeth in Brooklyn with the legendary @she.they.dj collective, she’s since become a mainstay across Victoria’s queer scene, where her own take on house, hyperpop, and club anthems keeps the floor packed until last call. Recently, Barbie took the stage in Montréal alongside a cast of 15 drag artists—several of whom have graced Canada’s Drag Race—further cementing her place in the heart of queer performance culture.
