Pittsburgh is on the clock (#ad) with the NFL Draft coming at the end of April â and honestly, this city is UNDERRATED! The beautiful scenery, unique culture and strong community make for a powerful combination worth seeing for yourself. Here are some of my recommendations:
.
For food,
@dianoiaseatery and
@noodleheadpgh are two of my top ten restaurants of ALL time. And you gotta try a Pittsburgh Classic: a sandwich with all the fixinsâ in the bread at Primanti Bros. Canât decide on a single place?
@burghbitsandbites does walking food tours to sample a little bit of the best of what the city has to offer.
.
For activities, if youâre going for the draftâRiver North area near Acrisure stadium is where all the action is happening! Highly recommend taking the (free) public transit to best get around the city. Outside of that, the Duquesne Incline is iconicâbut donât forget to explore all of western PA! We ventured to
@visitlawrencecounty to McConnellâs Mill State Park to see some waterfalls for a relaxing day trip and ate at
@benfranklins422 âdefinitely try the Lincoln Log!
.
Pittsburgh needs to be on your list of places to visitâitâs a quick drive from so many cities like Cleveland, Columbus, Philly, and DC. And TBH,
@visitpa has SO MANY once-in-a-lifetime events happening in 2026 and is worth a visit!! I hope you have as lovely of a time as my mom and I had!!
