L’allestimento costruisce uno spazio-narrazione immersivo. Gli spazi, articolati in modo diverso per forma e dimensione, producono un’esperienza percettiva attiva, fondata sul movimento, sull’alternanza tra visione, ascolto e pausa, sulla possibilità di assumere posture sempre inedite nella fruizione delle opere. Il visitatore ha così l’occasione di percorrere un cammino riflessivo personale e costruire il proprio senso.

Thus concludes, with this shot by @paolorossellifotografo , an intense journey through light and shadow, flashes and images, visions and reflections — “Il Nostro Tempo”. An exhibition on cinema by @fondationcartier@fondationcartier.it , installed at the Palazzo dell’Arte at @triennalemilano and masterfully curated by @chiaraagradi , where our task was to imagine the space “between” the works — one that would resonate, each time, with their creators and with all those who have inhabited this place.
A special thanks to the artists whose works, through their craft, have opened countless windows onto the contemporary world. We have sought to attune ourselves to their frequencies, crafting a series of spatial relationships designed to guide the audience through a narrative of images, sounds, silences, and thoughts:

“Il nostro tempo”
For @fondationcartier@fondationcartier.it , @triennalemilano , curated by @chiaraagradi , we imagined a path that opens up spaces where the light of moving images reverberates. The experiential quality is measured by the possibilities it offers the spectator. The focus is on the individual environments and on the space between environments, on that series of temporal hiatuses that separate and unite the individual works. A reflection, therefore, on the proxemics of space and the perceptive rhythm of content.
A series of broadcast stations constitutes an itinerary of knowledge and reflection, a place of travelling where the apprehension of the previous work accumulates to the next one in a dynamic dimension of active construction of meaning: a heterotopia that puts the sense and senses of the works on show back into circulation through the founding and constituent elements of the medium of film: light, darkness and movement.
