Andy Bugler, David Culliton, James Chell, Andy Collyer and Thomas Bugler will be in Leeds from 18th – 21st May 2026. We are anticipating another busy and productive conference. 🏆🏆🏆 Triple Bronze Award at the Considerate Constructors National Site Awards 2026 Bugler Developments is proud and delighted to have received three Bronze Awards at the 2026 Considerate Constructors National Site Awards. Our award-winning sites were: Marchmont Fields, our development of 32 apartments for social rent, for Dacorum Borough Council. Family Welcome Centre, where we are building a mixed-use scheme with 74 apartments and community facilities for the London Borough of Havering. Leyes Road in Newham, a Passivhaus project for the London Borough of Newham, with 116 homes for London Affordable Rent. The Awards were collected by our Senior Contracts Managers for each project, Andrew Ziadi (Marchmont Fields), Kevin McGrath (Family Welcome Centre) and Scott Willson (Leyes Road). Andy Bugler, Bugler Group CEO said, “These awards are testament to the hard work and dedication of all involved across our sites in upholding the standards of the Considerate Constructors Scheme. 💜 Bugler Foundation funds 1,000 Signpost Counselling sessions 💜⠀ ⠀ The Bugler Team were pleased to have continued our long-standing relationship with Signpost Counselling, by funding 1,000 sessions through the Bugler Foundation.⠀ ⠀ Signpost aims to support children and young people in Hertfordshire by offering a safe and confidential space for them to talk about their mental health in the hope of supporting them to develop coping strategies, to build their self-esteem and confidence.⠀ ⠀ Signpost receives hundreds of referrals, and the funding has also helped reduce the time from referral to first counselling session. Their team has also been training a further three volunteer counsellors, allowing them to offer more accessible counselling.⠀ ⠀ Andy Bugler, Bugler Group CEO, said, “We understand the importance of mental health and the important work that Signpost Counselling provides across Hertfordshire. At a time where there is an increase in counselling from the age of five, our latest donation will help fund 1,000 sessions for children and young people who are in need of mental health support. 🟣 Celebrating #InternationalWomensDay 2026⠀ ⠀ To celebrate International Women’s Day 2026, a team from Bugler Developments held a drop in event alongside colleagues from Stevenage Borough Council.⠀ ⠀ Taking place at The Oval Community Centre, close to our Oval project, we welcomed the local community in for a session which included providing Pamper Packs for Mums and Dads, a Building Blocks Children’s Play and Craft Area and a chance to talk to members of Stevenage Borough Council and Bugler Developments over refreshments.⠀ ⠀ We were pleased to be joined on the day by Jackie Hollywell, Cabinet Member for Housing and Housing Development; members of the Family Centre Service; and Ben Ephgrave, Bugler Developments Construction Director.⠀ ⠀ We would like to thank all those who joined us on the day, marking International Women’s Day and reflecting on this year’s theme #GiveToGain - encouraging a mindset of generosity and collaboration.⠀ ⠀ ➡️ More via the link in our bio.⠀ ⠀ @stevenageboroughcouncil ⠀

9️⃣ September saw recognition across a number of our sites with LABC Awards.⠀ ⠀ Site Manager Awards⠀ ⠀ Mark Baker at Marchmont Fields and Darren Webb at Broadfields Estate have both received Site Manager Highly Commended Awards.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Regional Excellence⠀ ⠀ The team at Mountbatten View, Guy Sagal, Paul Aldridge and Aaron Clinkard, achieved a regional highly commended honour in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Site Recognition Awards⠀ ⠀ The teams at three further projects have also been recognised with LABC Warranty – The Bricks Site Recognition Awards:⠀ Vandome Close: Paul Maskell and Jonathan Fox.⠀ Family Welcome Centre: Ged Xidhas, Darren Webb, Michael Duggan and Oliver Staines⠀ Linden Grove: Dan Pither, Osei Dapaah and Harvey Crimmins.⠀ ⠀ Well done to everyone who received recognition through these LABC Awards.⠀ ⠀ #Bugler2025InReview

8️⃣ In August, Bugler Developments were pleased to announce an exciting new project in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, The Oval.⠀ ⠀ The Oval forms part of a multi-phase regeneration programme for Stevenage Borough Council. ⠀ ⠀ Phase One of the masterplan comprises two residential apartment blocks with 91 new homes for affordable independent living, together with a new Church and Community building over three storeys, play areas and a new access road.⠀ ⠀ #Bugler2025InReview // @stevenageboroughcouncil

7️⃣ In July, we were delighted to share that a team of five Bugler Group colleagues will be taking on the 2026 London Marathon in support of DENS, a charity helping rebuild lives across Dacorum.⠀ ⠀ Over the coming months we’ll be sharing training updates and details of our fundraising efforts. 6️⃣ In June, Bugler Developments, together with Dacorum Borough Council celebrated the official opening of the award-winning Mountbatten View development in Hemel Hempstead.⠀ ⠀ Residents joined councillors, Dacorum Borough Council’s housing team, representatives from the Bugler Developments and the wider project team in a ribbon-cutting at the site on St Albans Road, formerly known as Paradise Fields.⠀ ⠀ The development, where all homes are available for social rent, was Highly Commended at the Inside Housing Awards 2025, was named Residential Project of the Year in the Herts and Beds Construction Excellence Awards, and won gold in the Hertfordshire Building Control Awards in the Best New Housing Development category (10+ units).
