The night raised an incredible £76,000, vital funding to provide patient-centred palliative care and bereavement support within the Herts and Bucks region.
Rennie Grove Peace is a charity so very close to my heart, their nursing professionals providing my mum, Mary, with end-of-life care at home, where she chose to spend her final days.
Talking about hospice care can feel uncomfortable, but knowing this service is there for you and your family when you need it is, within your community, is why I feel so strongly about supporting the sector. You need it, when you need it most.
