We have been loving the experimental materials coming from Spanish designer Alberto Sánchez, Co-founder of @mut_design and @bruto_objects .
He experiments with ceramics, metals, stone, wood and glass to make unique interior furniture, objects and lighting.
Chapa y Pintura a series of metal chairs with a unique coated steel surface which pays tribute process from auto body repair shops.
Also the Facetas collection looks at the 19th-century Tiffany stained-glass technique to create a unique glass objects. The method involves joining small pieces of glass using a delicate process of copper and tin soldering.

Latex inflatables installation. The humanlike texture/appearance the latex gives is something I always liked about the material. I’m starting a new smaller size latex sculptures and exited to show some photos soon.
By the way oiling all the latex was deli.
"Boolean exhibition” during Art week Mexico.
An architectural element inspired in Boolean logic operators. Made out of rustic clay the same which bricks are made of. A very curious conversation between something very mathematical as the design and something as organic and imperfect as the material.

The first production of BOOLEAN architectural element is done by Ladrillos de Mexico. A family owned brick factory located in Puebla Mexico. Creating a very interesting dialogue between the perfection that the piece demands and the uncontrollable reaction of the ceramic and its rustic finish.

Installation for @sheet1lisbon in Lisbon for the slected @maisonmargiela collection. A haute couture fashion store. With a week of work, independent objects were dropped. Three vases created by Bruto objects, and inflatable latex figures by Alina rotzinger. A landscape that represents the human-technological relationship. Fashion, clothing is a technological accessory that dresses a nude. The latex figures resembling a human body and the vases coexist in a sci fi scenario.

Analogic: a sci-fi scupltural object
Inspired by computer motherboards and the flamboyant spacecrafts of the Starwars saga, this very limited edition of sci-fi vases (up to 4 pieces at most) is a twist on the glass fusing technique and also the first collaboration under the aegis of Bruto. This process allows for fusing together two or more pieces of glass in a kiln until the glass melts. “We wanted to do something ultramodern here by lowering the temperature of the kiln, so glass wouldn't melt completely. This way we obtain a bas-relief on the four different faces of the vase. We have a glass surface with a texture that we then paint in bright colours”, designer Alberto Sánchez explains. It is tactile as it is visual, and again, loudly industrial. For fellow designer Mireia Pérez, “it was really exciting because we were able to create something that looks digital without using a computer as we crafted the vases on site, at Sara Sorribes's glass workshop in Valencia.
