Happy Peak Week to all the @chitownmecca athletes getting ready to hit the @npcillinois stage this weekend! It’s been about one year since I dusted off my heels and competed in the NPC Illinois bodybuilding show after being away for 6 years!👙
I participated in the NPC’s ( @npcnewsonlineofficialpage ) newest fit model category and had a blast posing my little heart out…here is my finals routine! 👙👠
From 2016-2019, I competed in over a dozen bikini bodybuilding shows including the Arnold Amateur in Columbus, Ohio & Olympia Amateur in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Forever grateful to @onlydabelfitness for getting me fit model ready. We accomplished a lot in our eight weeks prep. I had a lot of fun returning to the process…lots of laughs, sweat, learnings and strives!

For me, it’s meditation and community.
Solo running allows me to clear my mind & brainstorm while group runs help me connect with others, discover new parts of Chicago and socialize!
Running has helped this Jersey girl make so many friends! 🫶🏽
Yet is such a magical and powerful word.
