Vaelor, the Thronebound King Vaelor was a conquering lord who sought power beyond eternity. In a ruined crypt, he bound a spirit to a throne made of bones, hoping to command it. However, the ritual turned against him. The spirit judged him and cursed him to remain seated upon the throne for eternity, ruler and prisoner at once. The throne lived, its bones shifting and rising into a towering skeletal form behind him. It whispered with the voices of the lost, recounting his sins and dragging him across lands to witness the decay of his former kingdom. A dark presence followed wherever the throne moved, drawn to the spirit bound within it. Some say the spirit can leave the chair, only to return and bind him again. Others believe it seeks a new master, luring the desperate with promises of power. Those who reach for it never return, becoming part of the throne, while Vaelor remains seated, forever watching. #legodnd #legofantasy #legomoc

CHESS We’re proud to present, for the first time, a game of chess told through lore. If you’re a chess player, the outcome is yours to determine. All clues are contained within the moves described in the lore. Begin with the first post by @artist_davs . That’s where the opening phase and the first clues are revealed. Then continue to the second post by @bricksnbeasts to uncover the counter and deeper hints. The final position leaves White to move. Who wins is entirely up to you to solve. Calculate carefully. Study the position. Enjoy the puzzle. PART II — The Counter His knight strikes at E3, putting my king in check. I freeze, scanning the board, feeling the weight of every piece. Queen to E3. She leaps forward, taking the knight and silencing the check. Bishop takes Queen. The brilliance vanishes, swallowed by his pieces. I don’t flinch. Bishop to A7. Check. The board seems to tighten under the pressure. He looks up now, eyes narrowed, calculating. Queen to B7. The check is blocked. The line holds. Black’s queen stands there, exposed. Tempting. Do I take it? Or does that move decide everything? Super happy how both our pieces turned out! What started out as a simple collab idea expanded into something so much deeper. The Legend of the Two Samurais Long ago, when wandering spirits still lingered among mountain roads, there rose an oni samurai clad in red and black known as Enjin. Horned and silent, he carried a burning glaive whose blade glowed like a coal pulled from the heart of a furnace. Warriors who faced him spoke of a presence heavier than iron, as though an ancient curse walked beside him. Enjin hunted a single rival beneath the same sky, the samurai with the purple mask who had sworn to be the end of him. Years have passed and their legend has grown into a tale told beside campfires. Villagers speak of the red and the purple demon who wander the world in search of one another. Whenever fate draws them together, the ground trembles and the sky grows restless. Neither warrior will rest, for both carry a vow carved deep within their souls. Punch the Monkey Knight 🐵 Punch the Monkey was the smallest of his troop, once bullied and left with a lingering weakness in his left arm after a cruel scuffle. He answered scorn with discipline, slipping into the moonlit forest to forge a single devastating punch from breath, balance, and will. Tucked against his chest he carried a small monkey toy, the only comfort that remained after he lost his mother as a baby, and to it he swore that his tiny fist would one day protect the small and the scorned. #lego #legomonkey #legofantasy #punch

Billy the Frog Knight 🐸 Billy the frog was small enough to rest on a lily pad, yet he carried himself as a true knight, shield firm and sword shining with pondlight. With Victor the toad beside him, he chased simple bounties through mossy villages and fernwood trails. One misty morning, they found a stone arch buried in ivy, its runes glowing with ancient magic. Beyond it lay a path untouched by any map, leading to something far greater than them. Victor hesitated, but Billy raised his blade, believing only a frog could conquer what waited ahead. The Broken Companions of the Yellow Path: Dorothy & Toto (4/4) The tornado tore Dorothy from her farm like a curse given shape, hurling her and Toto into a land that greeted them with steel and fire instead of wonder. Oz did not care for lost children. Its roads were hunted, its fields bled, and its skies carried the Witch’s mark. With no kin to shield them, Dorothy learned to fight with broken tools and borrowed blades, while Toto became her shadow. Hunger and fear followed them until iron banners rose on the horizon, and the knights of Oz took them in. On a mission meant to thin the Witch’s patrols, Toto uncovered a pair of ruby slippers buried beneath a fallen shrine, still warm with ancient power. When Dorothy stepped into them, the world bent. Space folded at her will, and dark magic recoiled from her presence as if wounded. Each use of the slippers left her trembling, flooded with visions and forces she could barely name, yet the power answered her fear with obedience. The knights whispered of salvation and doom in the same breath, sensing that Oz had gained a weapon it might not survive. Dorothy did not turn away. Fearless and sharpened by loss, she set her path toward the Witch with purpose burning behind her eyes. She gathered those broken by the same hand, the Scarecrow who commanded war through thought, the Tinman who marched on vengeance, and the Lion who led the silenced beasts of Oz. The Broken Companions of the Yellow Path: Scarecrow (3/4) Upon the lonely fields stood the Scarecrow, bound to his post like a sentinel carved from straw and shadow. His stitched face hid a mind that mapped every road of Oz, counting winds, watching stars, predicting wars before the first blade rang. The Wicked Witch feared this quiet watcher, and so she sent flocks of crows to circle him each dawn, their voices clawing at his thoughts, mocking his birth and questioning his soul. They spoke of emptiness and wood and cloth, yet each insult only sharpened his resolve. He listened, learned their patterns, and fed them lies until even the Witch’s messengers carried his secrets back to her. By night he freed himself and walked the fields, leaving trails only the clever could read. He learned the language of rustling grass and the patience of scarecrows who never sleep. In his chest, where straw was packed tight, burned a will stronger than iron, driven by a single hunger to prove that thought and purpose could rise from any shape. The Witch tried to break his confidence with terror and doubt, yet every trial became another lesson etched into his unseen ledger. When the road finally brought Dorothy to his hill, she did not find a helpless guardian begging for a mind. She found a master of paths and plots, a general waiting for a war worthy of his design. She spoke to him of a fate beyond crowns and emerald towers, of a destiny that would reach past Oz itself and into realms where even legends fade.
