Blessings team, happy new month!🥰 This season is charged with high invitations to be introspective and activate new codes. In that energy, we are offering this medicinal “how to” as a bridge between the Spirit and human experiences. It is easy to get caught up in the doing. Yet, the physical actualisation by our hands is only one aspect of existence. The most potent player in this life play often gets overlooked: word to Quantum phenomena/physics and the Most High. This player is our life force energy. Our physical work/human experience becomes overly ego centred, daunting and much more when we do not offer the rehab often needed to clear dense & stagnant energies from our temples (body/home) or hold our Source vibrations. We must never forget that we are Spiritual beings having a human experience. This medicine is one of the ways we can recalibrate our energy. There is a lot going on in the world and we trust that this will aid with your softening & strengthening. Feel free to research the ingredients used. Feel free to remix your blend as you wish by following your internal compass. This is only one of the ways to make this. Feel free to playyy and thank the wisdom offered by each plant used, as you chef it up. They are our elders, so I advise that you treat and talk to them with reverence. Let it infuse for a week in the fridge (minimum 3 days) and strain the liquid. Pop as much as you want into a spray bottle to use as a perfume, on your pillows before bed, in your baths etc. You can add a few drops of your favourite essential oils for some extra razzmatazz. Bonus tip: You can add it to your humidifiers, floor washes or surface cleaners used to wipe down items in your home inclusive of your doors/door handles.
