It’s moments like this that I question the what, where and who regarding the placement of my energy but I always come back to my why which reignites and grounds me amidst the drainage, frustration and rage. The universe replies in the most wonderful ways when you need reminding of the life force energy we all possess, then shifts all accordingly.
As a child I found ways to transmute on paper, the court, performing and productivity but it’s interesting to see how clearing space, my garden, rest and community has added to the remedy of words, movement and art. Thank you tribe for holding me when I needed you.
The next 11 year it will be time for me to manifest, the next big chapter of life, I can feel my body shouting for this, for now it’s the training ground to integrate all that we have left to shed so we can fully be.

The message of this visual is very close to my/our heart. Suicide is not a light topic but a lot of us have thought about it, some of us have even tried to exit and some have succeeded, unfortunately. I almost succeeded at 13 but shout out to my elevated Beings beyond, who were NOT about to play that and sent my ass right back but not without consequences 😂. That’s a story for another time.
Our love service @breadthwork_ I supports a range of beings, from those who are here to maintain their flow and joy, to those who feel they are at their lowest and are suicidal. If we had left this space all those years ago, we would not have been able to help save some of our clients who were about to take their lives. Now they are thriving through consistency in their practice and we are in awe at the resiliency of the human heart. What an honour to remember that we are all connected to each other, even when we feel worlds apart from anyone. Everything is energy.
To live out this role was another dream manifested cause wowu, very us to the T. The whole team fought to have me on set (I was booked on another project) and I am so happy I decided to follow through with this instead. Getting to create with King, Will and Sasha is/was a gift! These beings hold such a glorious space in my heart and I invite you to peep into their worlds and feel why. Thank you my loves. May what you all offer the world through your creations and breath come back ten fold. Asè.
Until next time, be gentle with yourselves and know that you are the Creator of your world and this world. You are a world within worlds. Don’t be fooled by the bullsh*t. We need you here and you are not alone. Please, stay. There is joy waiting for you within, you need only look. For the eye that sees and the ears that hear.
