I went to the Nutrafol event at Ulta on the UES to meet Dr. Deanna Doctor, a Naturapathic doctor, and get more educated on some of the potential causes of hair thinning and how Nutrafol can help support my hair. I even saw @taylorwalkerfit while I was there 🤭.
And yes I know my hair is long, full and thick, but I still #noticed more than the “typical” hair shedding last year so I did something about it.
