That's a WRAP on our very first Book Doof in Boorloo Perth. Thank you all for coming down to have a read! It was our pleasure to host the 80-some of you that showed up at @barlovebar on Sunday! Yet for one night in May, the iconic nightclub becomes a reader's den as @bookdoof hosts its next instalment to raise funds for the @indigenousliteracyfoundation . Featuring an all-Indigenous lineup, you'll join the "congregation of the quiet" to power through a few chapters. Boorloo Book Doof's inaugural event takes place at @barlovebar on Sunday 19 April (3 pm – 6 pm). Expect delicious drinks, chill beats, and cosy ambience as you settle in for an evening of distraction-free reading with the coolest readers of Boorloo Perth!!
