The identity transforms the designer’s name into a sculptural symbol rooted in Aarnio’s playful, rounded design language. The process was built on mutual respect for the design heritage and a shared ambition: creating something timeless, honest, and unmistakably connected to the original work.

With a background in marketing across the fashion and music industries, she was part of the marketing team at PME Records and contributed to the fashion magazine CAP 74024 in Milan. Her practice spans content creation, visual communication, and digital marketing.

@bond_creative has created an identity for LAB Institute of Design and Fine Arts (@muotoiluinstituutti ) that students can actively reshape.
The Finnish institution’s new visual system centres on a logo designed to behave like clay – a malleable form that continuously reforms in motion, never settling into a fixed expression. A custom digital tool lets students reshape letterforms themselves, making them participants in the brand rather than observers of it.
The type system pairs fonts from Schick Toikka – co-founded by a LAB graduate – with a bespoke typeface called Lahti Never Regular. Photography was shot by students themselves, capturing real moments rather than staged compositions. The entire system runs on a black-and-white backbone with selective accent colours, keeping space for student work to breathe.

Our typeface for @veikkausliiga —the top tier of Finnish men’s football—has been shortlisted for the Creative Review Annual Awards in the Type Design category. Inspired by the football fan scarf, it translates the emotion and communal energy of the game into a functional typographic system.
