Post Malone - If Ya’ll Weren’t Here I’d Be Crying.In 2023 Bolt Strings had the honour of being a part this incredible tour.I had the pleasure of writing the strings to compliment Posty’s genre-bending music, which until now had been performed without a band, let alone a string section.Creeping in with tension, going wild and heavy, with moments of exposed beauty and clarity. It was awesome to live in this world, to experiment, collaborate and see it come to life.Huge thanks to Posty, whose music and vision allowed us to be a part of this.To WFB for creating this impressive, big, bold show and trusting me to execute.To the musicians who brought it to life every night on stage.And to the entire Posty Co Crew for making this all possible.C x@postmalone@wfblive

That’s The Thing About Time - @jappiahmusicI met @jappiahmusic in 2022 (or so we thought), when we were both working on the same project and I was asked to arrange the strings for one of his songs. I really connected with his music, so when J was recording his record I was stoked that he asked me and @boltstringsmusic to be involved.We spent some time hanging, trying things out, putting the world to rights and this was when we figured out that not only had we gigged together before in 2017, but we had actually gone to the same Saturday music school as kids, at the same time . (Big shout out to CYM - had it not been for these affordable music lessons, I wouldn’t be doing what I do now!).I went away and put all those ideas to paper, called my mates and we had a day to record the strings for these songs @ponyrecordingstudios - I’m really happy with how they turned out.@jappiahmusic - thanks for letting me be a small part of this. @hughfothergill @barnabas.music @angelsilveramusic @mrlukebullard @louis_nelson @emmafryviolin @thetaliasb @_alexmarshall
