DOCALOGUE is featuring BODY PARTS for its documentary of the month! Link in bio. Docalogue is an online space for scholars, filmmakers, and documentary enthusiasts to engage in conversation about contemporary documentaries. Two writers, Professors Jennifer Mooreman (Fordham University) and Eleni Palis (University of Tennessee) wrote short essays on the film to initiate a comment and discussion with larger audiences. HBO's new original show THE IDOL has raised controversy regarding its stance on intimacy coordinators and nudity on screen. An interview with Marci Liroff emphasises how Alicia Rodis's work with HBO had set the industry standard for intimacy coordinators, but now the network seems to be moving backwards.
