This one is really special, a proper northern story about two kids in Bradford, neglected by their parents, who turn a car into a spaceship and go to the moon. Elith and Logan our two leads absolutely smashed their roles and were a proper good laugh on set. You’ve probably never seen owt like this on the tele or anywhere else!!

One of the most epic days at work ever yesterday!! Climbed up Craig Meagaidh, crampons and all to film some ice climbing. Easily one of the most physically challenging days at work for me but totally worth it. The pictures don’t do it justice but that final ascent to where we were filming was nearly vertical with 2/3ft deep snow. at St Brides Church, Percy Street, Liverpool (for full details see link in bio). Drawing from parts of Kazem’s own journey to Europe, narrated under the guise of self assured traveller Marco Polo, the artists piece together memories using real photographs of Kazem’s journey and scanning Google Streetview. Through Kazem’s gift for storytelling and Michelle’s distinct art aesthetic this colourful, cartoon-like, funny and painfully honest piece scored with a Music and Atmospheric Soundscape created by Rob Wingfield @bobrob1985 will sweep you off your feet and into the author’s shoes, giving new vantage points to address prevailing narratives about people seeking asylum.
