This one is dedicated to the women born and raised in New York City who have faced immense adversity, yet continue to defy the odds while relentlessly pushing the culture forward. The ladies of the 2023 Jordan Women’s Collective NY cohort are so proud to share with you the release of the Jordan Women’s AJ1 Zoom CMFT 2 ‘You’re Welcome’.
This sneaker has been a year in the making and truly embodies the beauty and grit we carry within ourselves—not just to make a meaningful impact in our communities, but to influence the world. From the sneaker’s name to its fine details (like the Air Jordan scratch-off logo), so much love and intention were poured into this project. Too often, we go unacknowledged for our wisdom, love, passion, and hustle we carry day-to-day. Too often, we aren’t celebrated for paving the way for culture to thrive globally. And too often, we aren’t appreciated for being the pillars of our households and communities. The release of the Jordan Women’s AJ1 Zoom CMFT 2 ‘You’re Welcome’ is our way of simply saying—you’re welcome.
It feels surreal to share this moment with the world alongside some of the most incredible women and one of the most talented creative teams I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I hope our message resonates with each and every one of you as you continue on your mission to stay true to yourself in everything you do. NYC to the world 🚀🗽👟
You’re Welcome,

Having to host The Glow Getter Project with the Jordan Brand alongside my girl @mari.many.manis was an absolute blessing, an unforgettable experience that I will forever cherish in this lifetime. We manifested this moment during one of our nail sessions, speaking about how there isn’t enough resources or opportunities given to the youth to enlighten their understanding about the world of beauty beyond what they see on social media. It’s for that reason @mari.many.manis started her beauty club at her high school, and it’s one of the reasons why I wanted to share my skincare knowledge and wisdom with her young pupils as we’re starting to see our younger generations take interest in skin health.
I always said my mission in this industry is to help others redefine their own standards of beauty. With the work I am doing now in collaboration with the people I sincerely admire, I hope to discover new ways to empower women and young girls to strive to new heights while overcoming boundaries along the way, ultimately redefining their own standards of success. Beauty is all about exploration, breaking boundaries, and fully embracing who you are as you learn and grow through new experiences 💄#inmyjs #bredtodream #jumpman23 #theglowgetterproject

Visited the @condenastarchive with some of the incredible @allure team ✨
It was such a fun experience to pull creative inspiration and reflect on how beauty has grown and evolved since the ‘90s when Allure was introduced to the world as the leading beauty publication 💄
Superrrrrrrrrrrr appreciative of the opportunity to visit the @bronxbanco showroom to preview the fall 2026 collection irl ✨
I’m in love with these pieces that embody the gritty grunge and undeniable glamour of 1990s New York, an era that paved the way for the timeless beauty and fashion looks we continue to reference today. As a ’95 baby born and raised in the Bronx (and while Bronx and Banco is an Australian brand with no ties to my home borough), this homage to NYC feels just right. To me, the collection introduces new ways to elevate wardrobe staples, placing unapologetic confidence at its core without compromising style and comfort.
I’m always open to welcoming inspiration into my heart, and this experience was a sweet reminder of how confidence can be interpreted through fashion just as powerfully as it is through beauty ✨
We went to @themuseumofmodernart with the intention of diving into the Diego & Frida exhibition, but I hadn’t realized there was also an exhibit dedicated to Wilfredo Lam’s work. Lam was completely new to me. Born to Chinese and Afro-Cuban parents in Cuba, his artistry is profoundly influential, celebrating Afro-Caribbean heritage and spirituality while using art as a powerful vehicle for decolonization.
It was such a treat to be introduced to his work today!
I never thought I’d be adding racer blue into my rotation, especially when my wardrobe lives in heather gray and black, but the @nike Air Max Muse x @venedaacarter release shifted that for me. It made me rethink how I can add pop of color effortlessly within my everyday style.
It’s said that Veneda drew inspiration from glossy finishes and bold color mixes pulled from classic Nike ‘90s silhouettes, discovered while exploring the brand’s archives at HQ. And you can feel that intention as it draws from the nostalgia of retro running sneakers, reimagined through a modern lens for everyday appeal.
I believe this reflects a larger shift we’re seeing right now: a return to heritage, but with a fresh perspective. Not just in streetwear, but in beauty too—where texture, color, and shine are being reintroduced in ways that feel both familiar and entirely new 💙 @nikewomen
Art has always been both a source of inspiration and a language for storytelling. For fashion designer Dwarmis Concepción, her entry into fashion wasn’t a calculated move, but a calling to transform power and love into garments women could claim as their own. Securing her first collaboration in her native Dominican Republic marked only the beginning of a journey rooted in helping women not just look beautiful with ease, but feel deeply comfortable, confident, and seen in who they are.
I made a quick stop by @dwarmis ’ Fall/Winter 2026 presentation this past weekend, and it was such a joy to connect with her and learn how cultural storytelling is thoughtfully woven into the collection—along with the deeper vision she hopes to share with those who wear it. #NYFW 🇩🇴🗽
