DECA LES SWASHBUCKLING NAPOLEONS (Thesis & Bleubird) LUKE WARMTH This packed roster will be hitting up stages in Ottawa, Toronto, and London at the end of May! To start, Deca is one of our favorite artists! His lyrics and beats create imagery like none other. His performances are tight, intimate, energetic, and hypnotic. The smooth delivery, deep bars, and mesmerizing beats really leave the crowd in a daze. Deca is a New York–based rapper, producer, and visual artist originally from Denver, known for his dreamlike, introspective hip-hop. He produces his own music and creates accompanying visuals, blending poetic, philosophical lyrics with intricate beats and animation. His work often explores themes of psychology, spirituality, and society, and he’s built a strong underground following through independent releases like The Ocean, Snakes and Birds, and Bough. Les Swashbuckling Napoleons will be Swashbuckling together again on stage for the first time in over a decade. Bleubird and Thesis will be performing songs from their solo album titled FUCK! (Ironically, the pre-order for Les Swashbuckling Napoleons Vinyl is still live. A little appreciation post for our friend @edison_______________________ aka @_king_grump_ . An absolutely incredible and unique beat maker (and MC), who is obscenely overlooked -‘he’s a nice boy also. @bleubirdy and I were so lucky to be able to scoop him up for the production on our “LES SWASHBUCKLING NAPOLEONS” record in 2011. I would highly suggest digging into everything Edison has been a part of from PAPER VEHICLE to his own production, unique usage of unorthodox musical devices and incredible beat packs. LIMITED VINYL RELEASE To celebrate the 15.7-year anniversary of Fuck!, Les Swashbuckling Napoleons (Thesis Sahib/Bleubird/Edison) are releasing the album on vinyl for the first time ever as a premium art & sound collectible. Released by Looped Frequencies in partnership with Fake Four Records & Free Puppies. Forged through misfortune, Fuck! was shaped by chance meetings, lost recordings, and repeated erasure. Early sessions made across multiple cities vanished one after another, leaving only fragments behind. Each attempt to finish the album collapsed under technical failure—until the group regrouped with Edison, rebuilt, and recorded the project again in a single focused burst, only to return once more and re-record it from scratch. This final version survived. The result is Fuck!: a fast, colorful, and fully realized album born from persistence, bad luck, and refusal to quit. Clankity-clank!
