Super grateful to be celebrating 20 years of marriage with the most amazing woman on the planet as well as my first number one song on country radio. It has certainly been a journey, but feels pretty dang good to ring that bell after thousands of songs written in pursuit of it. There’s so many people to thank, but it has to start w my wife @alibollinger . There have been so many times where I’ve been ready to hang it up and you consistently and skillfully let me vent, feel the feelings, and then challenge me to get back on the creative horse day after day. It would have been so easy to drop a “so when are you actually gonna make some money”, or “our families are both back in Texas, so…” but you have never let me surrender or quit and I’m so grateful for your belief, support, and calling out the best in me time and time again. I love you teammate!! Now for some other important thank you’s: Of course my co-writers on this tune - u guys are the best! @michaeltylermusic @thomasarcher01 @jacobhackworth_ @coltmurski for being the first meeting and believer I had in this town. Second stop, Paros 💕 just as beautiful as Naxos (impossible, but true). The winds have been crazy so that has kept us from going out on the boat, but there are so many beautiful beaches and towns to keep us busy!

OUT NOW!!!! God Willin’ wasn’t in the plan for 2025 — me, Cam and Blake were catching up and talking about life. We’re all in thick of raising kids and trying to balance “the work and the bills and the babies” and stay connected in our marriages. It hit so close to home, we all had a moment we had to turn around or walk out of the room. When I got home I played it for my wife and she started tearing up. That night I shared it with yall and it turns out a lot of us are “in it right now”, trying to hold on to what matters.
