**SURPRISE** I havenāt released music in over 10 years. Why? Well mainly because I wanted to focus on being a better songwriter and starting a family. This business can be very selfish and I just felt like God was telling me to take my time and be a great father first. But over the years Iāve accumulated so many song and itās time for them to start seeing the light.
I wrote this song in 2019 with two of my closest friends @daviddevaul and @nickwaynemusic . We talked about how much our mothers meant to us and how important it was for us to marry someone who we knew would be phenomenal mothers as well. At the time I had just Calvin and the twins were on the way. I felt all of this song in my bones as I thought about my mother and then thought about my kids mother.
There will be tons of new releases coming this year. But today we celebrate The Mom.

New @carlypearce song out today. Very proud to be a part of this one. I remember the day me, @seth_ennis and @carterfaith sat down and wrote it..we knew it was special. I had no clue it was gonna eventually be cut by one of the best vocalist in country music. Carly thanks for bringing this one to life, you sound incredible!!
