Tysm to everyone who joined us for our 2nd Annual Mind, Body, & Whew Hike. It was so great connecting with so many new people and creating a safe space for us to all feel seen and heard while getting that workout in.. WHEW But on a serious note, it meant the world seeing you all there and hearing how much this was needed.. I’m so glad we did it! Cheers to more intentional events and building community @whew.events@themindbodysoullab@blacktothefuturefest

We’re beyond blessed to be curating such beautiful spaces with one another.The Soulquarians Tribute was one of those nights we’ll never forget. @cosmicrootsmusic played in-front of a SOLD OUT crowd while paying homage to those who inspired us the most.What a way to start @blacktothefuturefest !!We have so much more in store for you all this week!
