Seeing @mysterionyc put together a zombie variant of Mysterio made me want to whip up something quick just in time for Halloween… introducing…. 🧠 THE BRAIN BOWL 🍬 It was a quick and easy build using @blackgorillaarmory Zombie Mysterio brain from their model along with @hatchbox3d PLA Max. From there it was a quick sanding session with 220 grit sandpaper. Then one heavy coat of primer followed by a heavy coat of some leftover magenta paint from a previous project. I can assure you, there are no illusions here…🧠🧟‍♂️🔮 . ZOMBIE MYSTERIO IS ALMOST HERE, Y’ALL🗣️! In collaboration with @hatchbox3d and @ryrostudios , the master of illusions has gotten a taste for blood and brains in this zombified version of the fishbowl. Just in time for Halloween, working on this build in secret has been the HARDEST thing to keep quiet about. I am so beyond excited to wear this (YUPP, IT IS WEARABLE!) with the suit and do Halloween RIGHT. In the meantime, here’s how I made the helmet🧟‍♂️ . The model was made by the incredible @blackgorillaarmory , who made such an impressively realistic brain that I dare not ask his source… 🧠😶‍🌫️ . Paints were generously provided to me by @goblinshut , and OH BOY were they an absolute treat to play with. The outcome speaks for itself, RUN don’t walk to buy their Guts and Snot package🔥🩸. I will be using their products for years to come, couldn’t be prouder of the results! . The helmet was printed entirely in @hatchbox3d PLA. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, Hatchbox is worth its weight in Gold! I’ve never had such smooth results with any other PLA.
