2018년부터 숨 쉴 틈 없이 달려온 나의 KCC의 여정✨ 그 여정 속에서 참 많은 사람을 만나고, 수많은 일을 겪었습니다. 그렇게 나는 조금씩 변했고, 그리고 성장해왔습니다. 이 성장의 과정에 함께해주신 모든 분들께 진심 어린 감사와 깊은 경의를 전합니다🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻 정말 고마웠습니다 그리고 고맙습니다🙏🏻 이제 잠시 숨을 고르려는 이 시점에서, 2025 KNBC는 더욱 특별한 의미였습니다. 4년이라는 시간 동안, 무대 안팎에서 묵묵히 자리를 지켜준 @cafe_towb_ssong 낯선 환경에서도 흔들림 없이 자기 페이스를 지키며 운영을 이끈 @hoy._.ng 힘든 일도 마다하지 않고 누구보다 앞장서 대회 전반을 책임져준 @heebeom_95 말도 안 되는 일정 속에서도 불평 없이 4명의 몫을 해낸 @heitch.lee @manjejung 심사 프로그램을 넓은 시야와 놀라운 통찰력으로 이끌어준 @gugu_cathy @sieuming I love you guys!!! 먼길 날아와 함께해준 @c_towjin @minnienie and monica 그리고 무엇보다 서로를 믿고 의지하며 함께 걸어준 소중한 우리 SCA KOREA 팀이 있기에 가능했습니다🧡❤️ @cerawhy @larry_baek @jayyounji @krin_sparkling Special thanks to, KCC에서 빠질 수 없는 힘찬 샤우팅과 다재다능함으로 늘 에너지를 불어넣어준 강챔 @kangchamp.kr 화려한 순간뿐만 아니라 고단한 뒷모습까지도 작품으로 남겨준 @_unang312 님께도 깊은 감사를 전합니다. 그리고 커피 여신 @immiseoni 님의 챔피언 수상을 진심으로 축하드립니다! 앞으로 더욱 단단해질 KCC를 기대하며, 2025 KNBC의 소중했던 순간들을 이 글에 기록해 둡니다. 나의 보물들✨, 정말 고마워요! My KCC journey has been non-stop since 2018. It was full of challenges, learning, and special memories. I changed and grew step by step. I’m very thankful to everyone who was part of this journey. Your help and support meant a lot to me. Now, I will take a short break. 2025 KNBC gave me many special feelings. I hope KCC will become even stronger. Thank you so much for being part of my story. I will always remember these moments.

It was cherry blossom season and we were able to indulge the perfect weather , with calm breeze and chill environment next to the sea. We @gugu_cathy @simpler.coffee conducted a massive WCC judge skills program which include an online session which covers introduction to WCC and 2 days onsite covering from going deep down into the rules and regulations (WBC) and really opening up and going in deep to understanding the fundamentals on how the rules are design and how we decipher it collectively. This program is very valuable to anyone and everyone who is interested to gain new skills and refine their skill without having to how the pressure of a competition. This makes the participants more relaxed and willing to open up to clear any confusion or uncertainty which they had previously. The program is open to anyone (anyone who is Interested to want to judge in the future, current judges, competition coaches, and competitors) as this shows transparency towards all involved party on how judging is actually done and what is the core competencies to become a judge and ultimately a WCC judge. When we all sit together, we were not coaches or competitors or judges, we were are peers together trying to understand and ultimately share ideas and different perspectives and this created a safe space for everyone. This event would not have been possible without @cerawhy @bk_cof @sca_korea for your continuous dedication, commitment and support towards the specialty coffee in Korea. You made this event truly unforgettable and on time! With the simultaneous translation and the volunteers ensuring that we were always moving smoothly. Thank you! For allowing me to be part of this.

카페쇼 흔적 지우기 🧹 카페쇼 마지막 날 부산스럽게 부스 정리하는 와중에도 SCA 부스 현수막을 뜯어 왔다 사무국 한쪽 벽에 걸어놔야겠다는 생각 하나로 가져왔다 사무실 정리하면 어떤 자리가 좋을지 고민 좀 해봐야겠다 - 이 현수막을 보고 있자니 행사가 무사히 끝났다는 안도감과 동시에 그동안 꾹꾹 눌러 담아놓고 한번도 제대로 감사 인사 못한 것들이 생각났다 대회든 커뮤니티 행사든 한걸음에 달려와 현장 세팅에 큰 도움 주시는 대표님 오동준 @entaro_arino 차기동 @make_kcii 강용해 @jkcompany_official 유정욱 @team_coffee_roasters 서종범 @coffee_38roasters 도와주세요- 한마디면 이유 묻지도 않고 와주심에 정말 감사합니다 🙏🏻 (앞으로도 잘 부탁드려요😉) 크던 작던 많은 분의 도움으로 내가 온전하게 일하고 있음을 감사하고 잊지말기
