Seit 2019 erstelle ich für die Sozialbehörde (Behörde für Gesundheit, Soziales und Integration) der Stadt Hamburg Filme über Menschen im Pflegeberuf. Wir haben das Thema relevant gemacht, bevor es durch die Pandemie „systemrelevant“ wurde. Auch 2021, zwischen Balkon-Applaus und kollabierenden Gesundheitssystem, haben unsere Filme ein authentisches Bild der Pflegeberufe gezeichnet und haben dazu beitragen, mehr Interessierte für die berufliche oder hochschulische Ausbildung in der Pflege zu gewinnen. Darauf bin ich sehr stolz. Der Fokus liegt auf einer authentischen Darstellung des Pflegeberufs.
