Edy Massih grew up in a fishing village in. Lebanon, learned to cook from his grandmother, and immigrated to the US at 10.
When a 43-year-old Greenpoint deli retired its owner, he turned it into Brooklyn’s first Lebanese market.
His cookbook “Keep It Zesty” includes a letter to Oprah. and yes, that photo on the wall is real.
