Hey you! 👋 I thought I’d pop in with a little who’s behind the signs intro for all my new friends here. I’m Bethany (or Beth, Bethy or B) — designer of wedding signage, professional night owl and full-time overthinker who will 1000% obsess over the tiniest design detail of your wedding day signage. (Sorry not sorry.) A few things you should probably know about me: Drink of choice: Coffee in the morning, fountain Coke in the afternoon (yes, it tastes way better than the can). Fave Snacky Snack: sweet over salty. Peanut butter M&M’s are perfection. Favorite color: Orange, always and forever. Favorite movie: Valley Girl (followed verrry closely by Gone With the Wind. Pet preference: Cats over dogs—don’t fight me on this. Avid thrifter: My new obsession is trying to find vintage leather Coach bags. And I always hop over to the book section to try and find vintage copies of Gone With The Wind to add to my collection. Favorite album: It’s a Shame About Ray by The Lemonheads. When I thrive: Somewhere around midnight’ish with my weighted blanket writing in my notes app new design ideas, and most likely rewatching my comfort shows - Game of Thrones, Handmaid’s Tale, Lost, Felicity and Dawson’s creek. While scrolling through my camera roll today (which, by the way, has over 5,000 photos on it…ridic!) and I stumbled across Kaitlyn’s wedding from 2023 and some super fun & colorful signage I created for her day. If you were ever lucky enough to cross paths with @kaitlynanson back when she was in Buffalo working with @williams_florist , then you already know—she is an absolute unicorn of a human. Running into her on wedding setup days was always a highlight. You know that kind of energy that just makes everything feel lighter, happier, and way more fun - that’s her! Her wedding was exactly what you’d expect from her—full of color, personality, and so much joy.
