Ever since the closings of @blackbirdchicago and MK, I’ve been reminiscing of the days when you would go to a restaurant and order your own appetizer, entree and dessert and not have to order 20 small plates and share them. I am so tired of the sharing model when it comes to restaurants. Well I can say with the utmost sincerity that @fleurettesd takes you back to that non sharing style of restaurant. The food, decor and service were absolutely mind blowing! If this place doesn’t get a @michelinguide star it will completely confirm to me what an absolute joke the Michelin rating system is.
