In Flora’s Arcadia, fifteen artists come together to reinterpret nature, not through literal depictions of flowers, plants, or landscapes, but through personal imagination.
About the ‘Clouds’:
The series is about colour and softness. What I find really interesting is that each shape is visually laying down, almost like clouds laying down on the horizon. I am interested in the shape and at the horizontal block of empty space between the clouds and the horizon line.

Flora’s Arcadia 🌿

Vanaf 9 april presenteren wij Flora’s Arcadia, een tentoonstelling waarin verschillende kunstenaars ieder op hun eigen manier vertrekken vanuit de natuur. Niet als directe weergave, maar als verbeelding, herinnering en transformatie.
De tentoonstelling loopt parallel aan de gelijknamige presentatie die vanaf 30 april te zien zal zijn in Kasteeltuinen Arcen. In de galerie wordt een compacte en meer geconcentreerde selectie getoond.
