Created through the Bridges for Music ecosystem in Cape Town, this record brings together @argentodust & @bukekasam , blending raw vocal expression with deep, percussive Afro-electronic sound.
With Bukeka’s roots in Khayelitsha and Argento Dust’s own amazing journey shaping his sound, Ndihlambe carries a sense of place, identity and lived experience, grounded in South African culture while reaching beyond it.
At its core, Ndihlambe speaks to cleansing, healing and connection, a reflection of the wider AMANZI project, where water becomes both a message and a metaphor.
Already receiving early support from @beatport (#5 featured Afro-House) @spotifyafrica (New Music Friday South Africa) and @traxsource (New Releasese + Weekend Weapons), alongside DJ support from @shimza.dj , @therealvinnydavinci , @peterkruder and more, the record is beginning to find its way across both digital and dancefloor spaces.
In collaboration with BFM Records, Bridges for Music and Viva con Agua, this release connects music with purpose, reminding us that water is life, and that sound can carry meaning beyond the dancefloor.
