London friends - we’re back at it again this Saturday!! This time we’re launching a new series of fundraisers to support and provide aid for the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Darfur and across Sudan. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the AlGenaina Initiative which provides food, healthcare and resources in the most conflict affected regions. Good news is we’re already an RA pick! 📍Corsica Studios, SE17 1LB 🗓️ Saturday 20th December ⏰ 3pm - 10pm Sudan Solidarity Sessions 001 will be showcasing some of London’s finest DJ’s from across the techno and bass scenes. First release has already sold out, second release is live! Excited to also be collaborating with the Sudanese Kitchen (@sudanesekitchen ) who will be providing traditional Sudanese food and drinks, all proceeds from food sales will be donated to the Sudanese Legal Network who support Sudanese communities displaced in refugee camps across Ethiopia and Egypt. Special guest announcement - Catch @bentondread joining us for S01E02 on 12.04.2025 at @mezzanineldn Tickets available via RA, link in bio & Stories 🌊 - Benton is a versatile DJ and producer, known for his dynamic blend of genres ranging from dubstep and UK bass to jungle, with plenty of sonic territory in between. Across his career, Benton has explored various styles, but one consistent theme runs through all his productions: a dark, sub-bass-driven sound that cuts through with undeniable intensity. Benton first made his mark in the early 2010s Dubstep scene, releasing iconic tracks on labels like Black Box and Wheel & Deal Records. He later became a key figure in the Swamp 81 collective, known for its distinctive sound, regularly performing at events and releasing music that resonates with a global audience. In addition to his work with Swamp 81, Benton founded his own label, BBS, where he’s released multiple volumes of his own productions, including standout tracks like Getting Down and Brian. He’s also part of the Heras Records collective. 2025 has already kicked off with a bang for Benton, having released a remix Debba’s standout track ‘Feeling Closer,’ which has quickly become a crowd favorite. Expect an eclectic and high-energy mix in Benton’s DJ sets, where he seamlessly blends all the genres he’s known for, delivering a diverse and powerful sonic experience every time he steps behind the decks.
