Broadway Masterclasses at Myrtle Beach ACT: Ben Bogen ⭐️ At Myrtle Beach ACT, we are deeply committed to bringing high-level, professional training to our students and to the Myrtle Beach community all year long. Our students work incredibly hard on their craft, and opportunities like this are exactly what help bridge the gap between classroom training and the professional stage. Just a week ago, we had the absolute privilege of welcoming Ben Bogen for inspiring Broadway masterclasses and choreography on our Mean Girls production! ⭐️ Ben Bogen is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. At just 23 years old, Ben made his principal and National Tour debut as the alternate for the lead role of Frankie Valli in the Broadway Tour of the Tony Award–winning musical Jersey Boys—one of the youngest actors in the history of the production to cover the role. In addition to performing the lead role nearly 50 times, he also stepped into featured roles including Joe Pesci and Bob Crewe. Following the tour, Ben made his Broadway debut in Disney’s Frozen in the ensemble while understudying the principal roles of Olaf and Duke Weselton. He later toured with the National Tour of Wicked and most recently has been performing with the National Tour of Tina – The Tina Turner Musical. ⭐️ Ben has also generously worked with our students through masterclasses and by collaborating with us on productions such as Mean Girls. His creativity, brilliance, and—most importantly—his genuine care for our students make such a lasting impact.
