💙The boys💙 12 days into welcoming this little dream into our world of wonderful chaos. Jasper William Thomas ~ 12.04.26 💙 01.45am ~ 9lbs Officially in our ‘boy’ mum & dad era and couldn’t be happier - let the carnage commence!

😊 UPDATE FROM @treveddoe_regen Last week we (Colin @dragonlightfilms @clai.remackenzie & Mel @regenerativefarmersofuk ) were so happy to return to @treveddoe_regen . It was a total joy to spend a day there, catching up with @ben_thomas7_ , @claudia.l.thomas & wee Ted . 👦 Ted is now 18 months & is already at one with the belties 🐮 , dogs 🐶 & chickens 🐓 . We loved capturing him tootling through the fields, and apparently is regularly ‘helping out’ on Ben’s dad’s farm! Like-father-like-son! 🌱 The cattle are thriving, the pastures are more diverse, full of birds foot trefoil, clover, vetch, knapweed to name a few, the soil is full of life, there are newly planted agroforestry areas and business is going well. 🎥 We will create a five minute short that will be ready to view from late autumn. In addition we are visiting @sweetpeamarketgarden & @farmerannajackson to also capture tales from each of their farms. 🗓️ We will keep you posted for the release dates of these updates from the three main ✨ of Six Inches of Soil. 🙏 Thomas’s for a fabulous day.

We can ask our wonderful butcher @kittowsbutchers to cut to order, so if you’re after a sirloin showstopper or a ravishing rib of beef this Christmas, let us know by Friday 29th Nov and we can make this happen! Our boxes full of various cuts are available as usual, as well as Individual cuts and special cuts available on request too. We’ve also got our Oxford Sandy & Black pork back to the farm, reared in our woodland and orchards. Awesome evening last night put on by the @addingtonfund at the Eden Project for the Cornwall Farm Business awards. I was shocked to firstly be nominated knowing the high calibre of farmers winning these awards previously so to win the Rising Star award last night was bloody awesome. Standing on the podium in front of Cornwalls bright and best will be a memory hard to forget! Really proud of what I’ve achieved so far with Claudi and looking forward to what’s to come. Exciting times.

Awesome evening yesterday watching @sixinchesofsoil at @heligangardens , for its Kernow premier! Special evening having our parents there as well as loads of friends enjoying the film. Really cool now more and more people are seeing it and getting inspired for how we can enact real change. It actually feels like we have an opportunity to make some ground up change. For the benefit of everyone, farmers and consumers. Always a laugh to be on a panel with @thecornwallproject too!
