8 days wasn’t enough aboard the Milo! @alaskasurfguides and @annatabasco @kyzarmati @maloupeterson @petraknapp and @ninareeg the legendary Gally Gals of the Kenai Fjords! From flying in @liftfoils with Anna’s friends Super cub so we could explore the frigid below freezing temperatures of Bear Glacier to endless laughter and story telling in the Gally and the wheel house with Mike and ā€œWingin it Wendyā€ this surf trip left more than memories. Having spent over 100 days filming Alaska over the years this trip inspired me to spend more time AK exploring our last truly wild landscapes. Big thanks to Anna and @alaskasurfguides for making it happen . Looking forward to sharing more from this trip! Additional footy: @maloupeterson @kyzarmati

Recent marketing campaign for @tahoenationalbrewing and everyone’s new favorite watering hole in Tahoe City šŸ» @tahoenationalbrewing is not only a lakeside brewery, but also serving up some seriously good food and ambience. Super fun shoot capturing the full experience — we shot everything form their scratch kitchen to the ambience and even got behind the scenes of the brewery right in the back! Everything from the warm front-of-house energy to their scratch kitchen and brewing process in the back. Everything at TNB, from service to plate to pint, is truly best in class and some of the best hospitality in Tahoe. Nice work, crew — loved shooting with you all. I really enjoy working with local, craft-driven businesses—especially spots like this that care about every detail. If you know a restaurant, bar, chef, or culinary concept with a story worth telling, send them my way or tag them below. I’ve built menus and marketing content for a lot of restaurants, and I’m excited to be shooting with restaurant owners and their teams again.

I’m offering 50% off a content shoot for you or your brand January 2026! Holler if you have that creative video you’ve always wanted to make or soundbytes you just need someone to help you get out on camera! If you or your business needs a fresh photo/video content library you’re proud of — DM me and I’ll send details. This can be anything from a quick, story-driven shoot (like this tea ceremony with @tea___shion visiting from Japan sharing her tea ceremony with us ) to new Linkedin headshots, brand photos, reels, or a small content sprint to stock your socials. I’ve shot with brands for years, and honestly—I love the small campaigns just as much as the big ones. This is me gifting one spot at 50% off. Little BTS from this shoot: we filmed the full tea ceremony on the Canon RF 24-70, plus a short interview. She even shared her grandmother’s calligraphy and brought real matcha from Japan.

A nice A/B ā€œCan you spot the Ai lengtheningā€ series of both Timelapse’s I shot in Alaska with very short heads and tails on them ( so I ran them through an extension plug in to see how they would turn out ) and low and behold they look identical and as true to the real northern lights as I could’ve ever imagined - Wild - im in the middle of making a new reel from everything I’ve ever shot in AK over the years and wanted to test this out- Can you spot the difference ? Tell me which ones you think are the original Timelapse and which ones use Ai to lengthen the Timelapse. Kind of impossible to tell but I’m dumbfounded at how good they look and thought it was worth a share!

643K streams on the @onfayaofficial x Rio De Janeiro set YouTube from our post-@insiderexpeditions Antarctica DJ set šŸ‡§šŸ‡·ā„ļøšŸ”„ Still have so much footage to go through from this trip — from Ushuaia and Antarctica to Buenos Aires and finally Rio. I’ve just been head down over here keeping the dream alive! From Antarctica w/ @insiderexpeditions to Rio w/ @onfayaofficial — finally getting some recaps going from one of my favorite trips to date. Big thanks to @_unabrisa and @viverextreme for setting us up with the rainbow sunset yacht party šŸŒˆā›µļø Hope y’all dig this little remix — re-purposed some of the footage I’ve been jamming to on repeat. Had to make something short and sweet to post. Top 5 vibes for 2025, hands down. šŸŒŽāœØ

I grew up on books like Huckleberry Finn and My Side of the Mountain—stories that made me dream about escaping reality, living off the land, and completely disappearing from society. Not many people ever get that chance, even once in their lives. I feel forever grateful—and lucky—that I got to live it while filming for @natgeo ’s Life Below Zero. If you’ve ever caught yourself wondering, ā€œMan, what would it really be like to hunt and trap in the Arctic, or live on the Yukon in Alaska—digging in the mud for eels, catching burbot catfish with sticks along an embankment a hundred miles from the nearest town, or cooking fresh-caught salmon over an open fire with Inupiaq and Athabaskan locals carrying ten generations of knowledge in their hands?ā€ Well… I’ve got stories for you. Maybe one day, I’ll write my own adventure book—who knows.

8 days aboard the Milo! living over a week at sea with five of the most bad ass , diverse female athletes I’ve yet to travel with @annatabasco @maloupeterson @ninareeg @kyzarmati @petraknapp Days experiencing the colors of the ocean with a backdrop of magnificent cathedrals of mountain ranges - wetsuits feeling like cold salty ocean and ice—surfing Bear Glacier, e-foiling fjords, seals popping their heads up like they were part of the crew. Mike and Wendy from Alaska Surf Guides kept us moving, always pointing out hidden waves or telling stories of different fishing grounds. The Milo wasn’t just a boat—it was an old fishing vessel built to survive, and somehow it made us feel more alive. You could surf at sunrise, fish at noon, and jump overboard just because you could. One day rare dolphins showed up, another day we W-foiled with seals. Every moment felt like we were giving back to the ocean, not taking. We weren’t pirates—we were the opposite. Just a crew chasing fun, stacking memories, and adding to the seals’ laughter in a place that felt like pure magic.

Can’t get over how well this song fits with my Bear Glacier @liftfoils E-foil footage I shot during our stay aboard the Milo. Had to make a quick edit so you can see our Alaskan surfers paradise from a full Birds Eye view. Seriously can’t wait to share what I’ve got cookin with this story paired with some proper sound design. Hard to put into words how it really fell flying boards on roads ( glacial rivers ) far less traveled by anyone at all let alone an all female crew up a glacial river next to one do the best surf breaks in AK. Sometimes I forget how lucky I’ve been to work on some dream projects in Alaska that I actually would’ve never dreamed up 10 years ago
