From Georgia:
@shota.natroshvili , third-generation winemaker will be presenting wines from
@telianivalley , a winery whose focusblend Georgia’s ancient 8000-year winemaking tradition —particularly Qvevri skin-contact methods in earthenware amphorae—with modern techniques. Present in the 6pm sitting.
From Piedmont: Enrico Rivetto (
@rivetto_wines ), fourth-generation of Lirano hill in Barolo. His biodynamic approach ’New Paradigm’ with regenerative biodiversity and cosmic harmony yields restrained, terroir-driven Nebbiolos. Present in the 7.30pm sitting.
Complementing these will be additional selections hand-picked by Isobel Salamon (
@bellespick ) from her favorite amphora wines featured at CLAY: the Amphora Wine Fair she founded and organizes.
An intimate evening of naturally crafted, clay-influenced wines thoughtfully paired with our tasting menu.
