What an incredible evening we had at The Caley Bar during @edinburgh_bar_show . Bobbi Adler @bobbiadler from Shinji’s @shinjisbar and Victoria Garcia @garciavictoria_ from Sip & Guzzle @sipandguzzlenyc joined us all the way from New York to make some incredible cocktails from their bars. Let’s not forget our local hero, Ellie @leguillonneau from @caleybaredinburgh , who bartended with the gals all evening. All three (plus the entire Caley team) smashed it!
The room was packed, many cocktails were had, and it was all possible thanks to our amazing partners @hendricksgin@monkeyshoulder@glenfiddichwhisky@discardedspirits ! A huge thanks to @double_tim_and_tonic for believing in this day of education and cocktail celebration.
