Polling places in North Carolina will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Any voter in line at their assigned polling place at 7:30 p.m. will be able to vote.
On Nov 21 (the Tuesday prior to Thanksgiving) I was informed that the Eno River Association is eliminating the salaried position of Director of the Festival the Eno - a role I have held for the past 24 years, effective this coming January. The Association plans to hire someone for a new Events Manager position, which was not offered to me. I have been asked to stay on as a contractor through the 2024 Festival. I am hopeful that we may find mutually agreeable terms.
