Excited to share an interview I did with The Standard a few weeks back! Over the last decade, Iโve poured my heart into nightlife, bothering (and be being hounded by) agents, wrangling lighting and sound techs, feverishly checking ticket sales, hospitality runs for red gushers and Hanes socks, cocktail tastings, celebrities that think I give a fuck, tears of joy, hundreds of mirror balls, impossible backlines, international connections, shots, last minute face paint, rain delays, pool floaties, and of course- MORE FOG.
From long hours to lost USBs, every moment has been a whirlwind of joy, challenges, and unforgettable experiences.
I stumbled into booking, and I couldnโt be more grateful for the incredible life it has provided. One of my greatest joys has been uplifting so much talent in NYC.
This interview highlights my summer spent traveling and DJing in cities that welcomed me with a glass of wine and a vibrant dance floor. I owe this incredible season to all the behind-the-scenes work that came before it.

Our queen ๐ @beewack is in the Atrium with @gayance on Saturday January 31st and we couldnโt have dreamed of a better pairing. Beewack is one of our dearest <3 we met during her time working at @lebainnyc on what we consider to be a clubโs dream team and have been growing closer since. Behind the booth, she is musical, groove-driven, warm and light on her feet.
She is a New York-based DJ and curator with a passion for creating dynamic, dance-driven experiences. Initially cutting her teeth by booking talent at iconic NYC venues like Blue Note, Highline Ballroom, and Le Bain, beewack has since transitioned into the DJ booth, delivering dynamic sets that keep the dancer in mind. With a deep love for house music, alongside influences of calypso, disco, and R&B, beewack seamlessly blends genres to create a unique and captivating rhythm that inspires both movement and connection.
Weโve been long wanting to have her aboard one of our full venue takeovers, and weโre so glad the stars aligned โจ

Stepping into tomorrow! โWeโre inviting you to join us at our first party of the year, Saturday January 31st 2026. Kicking off another year as @publicrecordsnyc residents and weโre thankful to have this space to meet, move, grow.
We are taking over all three rooms with the intention of building unique worlds within each.
Find us in the Sound Room with Neapolitan DJ + producer and resident at Basic Club, Gigi Testa. Weโve long admired his productions and programming over in Napoli and itโs a real treat to have him over.
In the Atrium, Gayance is coming all the way from Portugal, her debut LP Mascarade (Rhythm Section, 2023) had heavy airplay during our radio and DJ sets and weโve been long wanting to bring her over to NYC. Thereโs no better match to join her than our beloved Beewack, who will be fresh off the plane from a month in Asia.
Upstairs, a real treat for the heads. Antonio Ocasio, revered NYC producer and chief at vinyl-forward Tribal Winds, is pulling treasures from his shelves for a full night of vinyl only heart/mind expansion.
All of these artists are connected by a future project we are bursting at the seams to tell you about, but will need to wait a little bit longer to do so. More very soon!
