National Police Week 2026 continues at Beale! 🚨🇺🇲
So far, Defenders have welcomed participants from all walks of life to take part in pistol competitions, hands-on challenges, K-9 demonstrations, and interactive displays alongside local law enforcement partners and community vendors.

The 9th Security Forces Squadron proudly kicked off the week with today’s opening ceremony, followed by a memorial ruck honoring the service, sacrifice, and dedication of law enforcement professionals past and present.

This year, we celebrate not only our country's 250th birthday, but also the 40th anniversary of the Air Force Combat Ammunition Center!
We collaborated with past and present members to bring you this video highlighting the heritage and mission of AFCOMAC as the United States Air Force's premier warfighting school. AFCOMAC not only trains our Air Force munitions and weapons loading personnel, but also increasingly partners with the @usnavy and @usmarinecorps munitions personnel in mass combat ammunition planning and production.
Hundreds of events will take place across the country, including at overseas locations as part of our year-long celebration. When we combine patriotism with purpose, we continue to make history. 🦅🇺🇸

As part of the America 250 celebration, more than 3,000 visitors joined Team Beale for the 2026 Scout Expo. Scouts of all ages tackled obstacle courses, marksmanship competitions, and rock wall climbing that strengthened real-world skills. The Scouts were also given an opportunity to see the U-2 Dragon Lady and our ISR mission up close which highlighted the innovation tomorrow’s leaders will need.
Team Beale was proud to welcome Scouts and celebrate the legacy of America 250 together.
