Lt. Col. Christopher Roys, a North Carolina National Guard Soldier assigned to Joint Task Force - Southern Border, operated the Android Team Awareness Kit along the Rio Grande River. The device facilitates coordination with the U.S. Border Patrol to detect suspected illegal aliens attempting to cross the U.S southern border.
