A peek behind the scenes at capturing our 40th anniversary cover image! 📸 🎉 This one is extra special to us because it celebrates four decades of connecting North Carolina couples with creative wedding pros.💚
The star of this shot is @beeverthinebridal ’s Georgina gown. 👗 Eileen Schilly-Seefried, founder of the Raleigh-based brand, was both inspired by current trends in bridal fashion and the drama, movement and playfulness of a nontraditional silhouette, leading her to design this dress with a tiered bubble skirt and playful bodice ruffle.
The Georgina gown embodies what Eileen sees as the future of wedding fashion. “What I see emerging most clearly for 2026 isn’t a shift in silhouettes or details,” she says. “With Gen Z stepping into the bridal space, there’s a shift to making choices more emotional and intentional than purely aesthetic.”
Like most of Be Everthine’s designs, the Georgina gown is made to order and can be customized to each individual. “I could also see customizations like removing the bodice ruffle for a cleaner, more modern look,” Eileen says. “It was important to me that Georgina felt flexible and expressive: a gown with the potential to evolve throughout the day, without losing her original character.”

✨ Vows That Wow: March Edition ✨
Bold and steeped in tradition, Epiphany + Tyrone’s wedding at Carolina Grove was layered with meaning. From the bride’s custom red velvet cape to lush red florals lining the aisle, every detail reflected intention, heritage, and heart, brought to life by a team of Wed Society members.
The day moved with cinematic emotion. They jumped the broom beneath a shower of red roses, honored Filipino traditions with a heritage-inspired menu, and filled the dance floor during their Prosperity Dance. Later, the bride surprised her new husband and guests with a heartfelt rendition of “At Last,” which turned into an impromptu performance by the groom!
When asked about her favorite memory, the bride shared:
“It’s hard to choose just one, but the joy peaked during our Prosperity Dance. Surrounded by our favorite people, with money floating through the air and blessings pinned to our outfits, it felt electric. Wearing the crown and leis Tyrone spent over 20 hours hand-making was deeply meaningful. You could feel the intention and love folded into every detail.”
From romantic draping and candlelight to deeply personal traditions, this celebration was a reflection of legacy, culture, and wholehearted love. A beautiful reminder of what happens when a thoughtful couple and a collaborative vendor community come together.
