Introducing BB, your new Prenatal & Postpartum Trainer here at WeRise đ¤
Her training style focuses on rebuilding strength with care, supporting your core and pelvic floor, and helping you feel like yourself again...step by step.
Her program launches March 26th, and we canât wait for you to try it!
Youâre going to love her â¨
I always ask my clients to pick a fun goal in addition to their performance and aestheticsâ a goal that really doesnât matter. because at the end of the mama, we move, we train, we workout, to build a better relationship between our brain and our body. To have the capacity to move in the way we CHOOSE to move. #postpartumfitness #pullupchallenge #strongmom #brainbodyconnection #pullups
Weâre hosting our first-ever Pride event with @naughtilates ! đłď¸âđIntroducing Naughti for Men â held on June 5th at @fitlerclub . Pride month is special to us, especially given the current state of the world. Itâs even more important that we come together as a community to spread love and kindness and to celebrate one another. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to The Attic Youth Center, supporting LGBTQ+ youth in Philadelphia. There will be food, drinks, amazing swag bags, and so much more. We are truly so excited to host this event with this incredible Naughtilates team and hope to see you there. Tickets can be found in our bio!

bc you have enough to think about oh when youâre expecting a child, lemme take one thing off your plate. Use this as a template for 2nd trimesterâ- ya know, itâs a solid template for anyone working on their general strength and wellness. Pregnant or not, give it a go and lemme know how it sits with you or if you need more detailed guidance.
1. People wanna sell moms belly oils and supplements to promise them that their skin will look like theyâve never been host to a growing babe, but alas, your bodyâs story is its own and some things are beyond your control
2. Had my baby @33 so we canât say itâs because Iâm âolderâ and my skin quality is poor (look at my faceâ itâs never been touched by a needle or laser)
3. Zeph was 9lbs 3oz, and Iâm 5â almost 4 with longer legs to torso
All to say, no need to hide your mummy tummy if you have one if it looks like mine with crinkled skin, or maybe yours is covered in tiger stripesâ itâs a badge of honor and tells a story.
Thatâs all she wrote
So much fun and in celebration of being strong women.
Yesterday as I was teaching and taking @senada.greca and @lgg.pilates class I said to myself â WOW I do this for a living, I am so blessed to be here; celebrating and honoring strength and womenâs health, working alongside other women who share similar values. And the cherry on top was that I got to teach in my hometownâ a place where I grew up, but never taught, to a diverse group of women including my little sister and my darling friends who I have known since I was 4 years old, and my IG friends who have become IRL friends!
WILD, just wild. Grateful and obsessed. So excited to continue to spread the mission of @werise .
xx
Girl to girl, weâve been conditioned to take up less space and to never have a tummy. And you may not even realize that youâve been sucking in your stomach this whole time. And so you decide to fix the problem and get abs, but you canât get abs because thereâs a different problem that persists. Tension that youâve held on for so long without realizing blocking your progress. The amount of female clients who have admitted to me that they didnât even realize theyâve been holding in their stomachs is bananasâ understandable, but bananas. So I ask you, what does it feel like to fully release your belly?
number 6 is my favorite bc it looks easy and feels sinister, but all are fun ways to add strength to your back so you can feel less like a prawn and more like a panther
