- scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- mix and let sit overnight

I typically don’t utilize machines in the gym. For upper and core days I stick to cables and dumbbells, for the most part, but, sometimes it’s fun to switch it up.
I did 8-12 reps x 3 sets and I supersetted. These all can be done utilizing cables and dumbbells.
1A. Single arm lat pulldown
1B. Leg raises
2A. Rows
2B. V sit biceps curls
3A. Reverse flies
3B. Hollow body triceps extensions
4A. Shoulder presses
