Darion Adams (@dthorne_ ) (they/them) is a freelance independent artist, dancer, choreographer and facilitator born and raised in Manenberg, Cape Town. Their work is currently focused on exploring and giving expression to their Queer identity as a person of Coloured experience.
As a UCT School of Dance and Jazzart Dance Theatre graduate, Darion uses dance as a tool to bring together other art forms in order to challenge, relearn and shift narratives around identity politics and heritage.
